DIOTECH ('we', 'us', or 'our') is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclosure, and safeguard your information when you use our AI services, including Lucky Plant™, Aging OS, Active Coach, and our Infrastructure services. By accessing our services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

We collect information to provide better AI experiences. Specifically for our hardware users: 1. Lucky Plant™: Collects environmental data (soil moisture, light, temperature). It does NOT collect images or audio. 2. Active Coach: Collects motion data and skeletal positioning for posture correction during sessions. 3. Aging OS: Processes operational data for nursing homes and health metrics for elderly care.

We utilize advanced Machine Learning algorithms to improve our services. All personal data used for model training is strictly anonymized and aggregated. We implement Differential Privacy techniques to ensure that individual user data cannot be reverse-engineered from our AI models.

Your data is stored on our secure infrastructure featuring Zero-Trust Architecture. We employ end-to-end encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and in transit. Our data centers are compliant with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II standards.

您的数据存储在我们采用**零信任架构**的安全基础设施上。我们对静态和传输中的数据采用端到端加密（AES-256）。我们的数据中心符合 ISO 27001 和 SOC 2 Type II 标准。

We do not sell your personal data. We may share necessary data with telecommunication partners (China Telecom, Unicom, Mobile) strictly for connectivity purposes to ensure the stability of our Infrastructure services.
