By accessing or using the DIOTECH website, Hyper-Compute Engine, or any associated AI applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Intellectual Property Rights

The 'Lucky Plant', 'Aging OS', 'Active Coach' underlying AI algorithms, source code, and hardware designs are the exclusive property of DIOTECH. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their intended purpose. Reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
‘Lucky Plant’、‘Aging OS’、‘Active Coach’ 底层 AI 算法、源代码及硬件设计均为 DIOTECH 的独家财产。我们授予您有限的、非独占的许可，仅用于服务的预期用途。严禁进行任何形式的反向工程。
AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

DIOTECH's services provide suggestions based on AI analysis. 1. Health: Data from Aging OS is for reference only and does not constitute medical diagnosis. 2. Infrastructure: While we strive for 99%+ uptime, we are not liable for business losses due to force majeure events affecting the backbone network. 3. Agriculture: Lucky Plant provides care advice, not a guarantee of plant survival.

Compute Resources Usage

Users of our Elastic GPU Cloud must not use the computing power for illegal activities, including but not limited to mining cryptocurrencies without authorization, launching DDoS attacks, or training malicious AI models.
我们的弹性 GPU 云用户不得利用算力进行非法活动，包括但不限于未经授权的加密货币挖掘、发动 DDoS 攻击或训练恶意 AI 模型。
Subscription & Payments
订阅与支付
Certain services (e.g., AIDC Ops, Enterprise Connectivity) are billed on a subscription or pay-as-you-go basis. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of service connectivity and compute instances.
部分服务（如 AIDC 智能运维、企业专线）按订阅或按量付费模式计费。逾期未付可能导致网络连接和算力实例被立即暂停。
Governing Law
适用法律
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖，并依其解释，不考虑其法律冲突规定。
